5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jte7 provides various bonuses and offers for its members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Conditions for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — jte7 reserves the right to exclude specific games.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• The specific terms of each offer will be stated in that offer's description — in the event of a conflict with the general terms, the specific terms will apply.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, jte7 reserves the right to correct it.

• jte7 will not be liable for any loss caused by an internet disconnection.
• jte7 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, particularly when unusual patterns are observed.

Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jte7's Rights

jte7 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If the member fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If required to comply with legal obligations.

Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. At the time of closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

9 Limitation of Liability

jte7 makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service. However, jte7 will not be liable in the following cases:

• Issues caused by internet connectivity problems, power outages, or third parties.
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence or unauthorised access.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical errors.

In no event will jte7's maximum liability to a member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the relevant month.
